My agency consulting services vary in price depending on level of retainer and/or if you are committing to a one-off project.

Here's a quick summary:

  • Systems implementation: Audits cost £2,000 (one-off) and wider implementation projects start from £5,000.
  • Fractional COO: My packages range from £2,750 to £5,500 per month.
  • Agency Marketing Mastery: My packages range from £4,000 to £6,500 per month.
Is there a minimum term I need to sign-up for?

If you want to work with me on systems implementation, this can be done as a one-off project, without a commitment to further work.

My Fractional COO and Agency Marketing packages have a minimum term of 6 months.

What type of marketing agencies do you tend to work with?

I'm happy to work with any and all agencies, but I typically work with agencies that have between 1 and 20 employees and are pre-£2 million turnover.
