A proven coaching programme that has helped more than 300 companies run their own sales and marketing. Your team learns the system and does the work, and I coach them until they don't need me.
Endless Customers Coaching is a coaching and training programme based on Marcus Sheridan's bestselling book, Endless Customers. It teaches your team to run your own sales and marketing, with leadership, sales and marketing working from one plan. The programme, the agreement and the money-back guarantee are IMPACT's, and I deliver it as an independent Endless Customers Certified Coach, backed by their training team.
Most businesses that try the Endless Customers System™ on their own get a good start and then stall. The ideas are simple. Changing how a whole company sells and markets is not.
A few articles go out, then the day job takes over and publishing stops.
Marketing writes content that sales never uses, so deals don't close any faster.
You pay every month for output, but the know-how stays with them.
Coaching doesn't do the work for you. It shows your team how, keeps leadership to the plan and stays with you until the system runs on its own.
Your own people learn to create the content, use it in sales and run the plan. Nothing is rented from an agency.
The Deep Diagnostic & Roadmap shows you where you stand and what to do first, with no obligation to continue.
Built on the bestselling book Endless Customers, with IMPACT's training team, tools and money-back guarantee behind it.
By the end of the programme, your team wins customers on its own. Here's what that looks like.
Book a callYour people can explain it, run it and improve it without outside help.
Your content answers the questions buyers are asking, so you're found on Google and in AI answers.
Your salespeople use that content before and between calls, so buyers arrive better informed.
Sales, marketing and leadership working on the same 90-day plan.
A way of winning customers that doesn't rely on an agency, a platform or one person who might leave.
It works best when leadership is committed and the business can fund the people to do the work.
Your buyers do their homework. They research heavily before they ever speak to you, and you're not showing up often enough.
You want your own team. You'd rather own your marketing than rent it from an agency, and sales and marketing aren't yet working from one plan.
Leadership will show up. About 3 hours a quarter for planning, an hour every two weeks for coaching, and the authority to make decisions in the room.
You can fund the roles. Revenue of roughly $3m to $100m, and the budget to put a content owner in place within 6 to 12 months.
You want content made for you. Coaching teaches your team to do the work. It doesn't do it for them.
Leadership plans to step back. If the programme is handed to marketing alone, it stalls.
You can't fund a content owner yet. Start with the book, the Endless Customers Academy or my Marketing Diagnostic, and come back when you're ready.
You don't have the people yet. If you need the system built and running before you hire, a fractional marketing director is the better fit.
The same business could reasonably choose either. Here's the difference.

Most companies master the system in around 24 months. Some move faster, some take longer, and the Endless Customers Scorecard shows your progress every quarter.
The programme starts with a clear picture, not a guess. I assess your business across 13 areas and 124 checkpoints, covering your goals, marketing, sales, website, AI visibility and customer experience.
You get a score for each area and a roadmap of what to do in the next 3, 6 and 12 months. You can buy it on its own, with no obligation to continue. If you do carry on, your coaching is built around it.
The programme begins with alignment, not theory. In part one, your whole company learns how the system works and what their role in it is. In part two, leadership, sales and marketing build your first 90-day Game Plan and complete the Scorecard to set a baseline.
Sales understands how content helps them close. Marketing understands what sales needs. Leadership understands its role in keeping the system going. Everything that follows is built on this day.
For most companies, the first quarter starts with content. A content owner is put in place, your first Big 5 articles are published, and your salespeople learn to use them before and between calls.
If your roadmap points to your sales process, website or CRM instead, we start there. Either way, the quickest wins come first, and you'll see them before the quarter ends.
At the end of each quarter, the programme resets: a look back at what worked, a new Scorecard and a planning session for the next 90 days. Coaching continues every two weeks in between.
Each new plan adds something, such as video, self-service tools, AI, your sales process or your website. Progress is written down and gaps are found early. Your team builds skill in steady steps, not in one training day.
Within around 24 months, your team runs the system on its own. They own the content, the sales process, the tools and the reporting.
Most companies score above 80 on the Scorecard at this stage. Some then drop to occasional planning sessions. Others keep more support, because staying good as platforms, markets and people change is work too. Both are fine. The point is that you choose.
Your roadmap decides which areas come first. Over the programme, your team learns to do all of this themselves.
Big 5 articles and videos that answer buyers' real questions, published on a steady rhythm, with AI helping to plan and produce them.
A learning centre, self-service tools such as pricing calculators, and pages that turn visitors into conversations, all run in-house.
Assignment Selling, a structured sales process and salespeople who use content and one-to-one video to build trust before the call.
A simple set of connected tools built around HubSpot and AI, with lead scoring, attribution and dashboards leadership can trust.
A content owner and videographer hired and onboarded, experts who contribute content, and sales and marketing working as one team.
You'll know whether the programme fits, and what it would cost, before you commit to any coaching.
We talk about your business and goals, and I'll tell you honestly whether the programme fits.
I assess your business and give you a prioritised roadmap, with no obligation to continue.
We agree the scope with IMPACT and start with Alignment Day, where your team builds its first 90-day plan.
IMPACT publishes its prices, and so do I. Here's what the programme costs, what's included and what else to budget for.
$5,000, one-time

You can buy it on its own, with no obligation to continue, and it's covered by IMPACT's money-back guarantee.

Every engagement includes your dedicated coach, coaching calls every two weeks, quarterly planning sessions to set the next 90 days, Endless Customers Academy membership and three passes to every Endless Customers Live event.

Alignment Day
Just like any major company-wide initiative, success depends on getting everyone on the same page from the start. Oftentimes, we'll recommend starting with what's called Alignment Day if your Deep Diagnostic & Roadmap calls for it. The day is split into two parts: a company-wide training and your first planning session. During the training component, your team will learn the "why" behind the strategy, what to expect, and how each person contributes to its success. We introduce the core principles of the Endless Customers System™, so sales, marketing, and leadership are working from the same playbook.$10,000, one time

Note: This is IMPACT's published pricing, and the up-to-date version lives on their website. If this page and theirs ever differ, theirs is right.
Beyond the coaching fees, most businesses need a content owner and a video owner within 6 to 12 months (one person can start with both roles), a CRM such as HubSpot with the usual video, analytics and AI tools, and about $2,000 to $5,000 of video equipment if you're new to video.
Bigger projects, such as a website redesign, self-service tools or a learning centre, only come up if your roadmap calls for them. IMPACT can quote for them, or you can use your own suppliers.
For most companies, IMPACT puts coaching and training at $75,000 to $150,000 a year. There's no long-term contract: it's month to month with 30 days' notice, and IMPACT invoices you in US dollars.
You're also covered by IMPACT's money-back guarantee. If any coaching call, training, Alignment Day or the Deep Diagnostic misses the mark, tell me within seven days. The work is redone at no cost, and if it still isn't right, IMPACT refunds it in full.

I'm one of the UK's first Endless Customers Certified Coaches, trained under Marcus Sheridan, and I work with IMPACT as an independent certified coach. IMPACT holds the agreement and the guarantee and provides the training team. I'm the person you work with every two weeks.
I've also run this system as a marketing director inside a business, not only coached it from outside, so I know where it stalls. And as a HubSpot Gold Partner, I coach the technology side as someone who builds portals, not just uses them.
Endless Customers Coaching is IMPACT's coaching and training programme, based on Marcus Sheridan's book Endless Customers. It teaches your own team to run your sales and marketing, so you become the most known and trusted business in your market without relying on an agency.
A way of winning customers by answering buyers' questions more honestly and openly than anyone else in your market. It brings content, your website, sales and technology together so the whole company works from one plan.
It's the next step on from it. They Ask, You Answer set out the content approach, and Endless Customers builds on it for a world where buyers research with AI, adding the website, sales, technology and culture around it.
Assignment Selling means sending prospects specific content to read or watch before a sales conversation. Buyers arrive better informed, with their common questions already answered, so meetings are shorter and more productive.
Articles and videos that answer the questions buyers actually ask, starting with the Big 5: cost, problems, comparisons, reviews and best-in-class. Later, your team may add self-service tools such as pricing calculators.
Yes. Your team learns to use AI to plan and produce content, qualify leads and get more out of HubSpot, with clear rules so it supports trust rather than undermining it. AI visibility is also part of the Deep Diagnostic.
No, but it helps. The system works with most CRMs, and HubSpot is where most companies run it because it brings content, leads and reporting together.
No. It changes how the whole business sells and markets, with leadership, sales and marketing all trained on their part of the system.
Businesses whose buyers research heavily before they get in touch, and who want their own team running marketing rather than an agency. It works best when leadership is committed and the business can fund a content owner.
The figure is IMPACT's guide to whether you can fund a content owner, tools and coaching. If you can't yet, start with the book, the Endless Customers Academy or Endless Customers Live, and come back when you're ready.
IMPACT. They hold the agreement, invoice you and provide the guarantee, the training team and the community. I'm your coach, working with IMPACT as an independent certified coach.
IMPACT invoices you monthly in US dollars.
Yes. The programme, the price and the guarantee are the same. The difference is who coaches you.
For Endless Customers Coaching, no, because the programme is IMPACT's. If you want me to do the work inside your business, that's my fractional marketing director service, and the agreement is with me.
Your coach runs your Deep Diagnostic, leads Alignment Day, runs your coaching calls and quarterly planning, and holds leadership to the plan. Certified coaches are trained by Marcus Sheridan and IMPACT to deliver the programme the same way every time.
IMPACT's trainers and strategists, who specialise in content, video, sales, HubSpot, AI and websites. Your coach brings them in when your roadmap calls for them.
You can change coach at any time with no penalty, under IMPACT's guarantee. The new coach picks up with full context.
Mostly online. Alignment Day is usually in person, and occasional sessions can be too.
Yes. Coaching and training sessions are recorded, so new starters can catch up and your team can go back over them.
IMPACT's online learning community, with on-demand courses, a training library and other businesses running the same system. Membership is included in the coaching fee.
Most companies reach mastery in around 24 months, measured by a Scorecard above 80. Some move faster, some take longer.
An explore call with me. If the programme fits, the next step is the Deep Diagnostic & Roadmap, which your coaching is built on.
An assessment of your business across 13 areas and 124 checkpoints, covering goals, marketing, sales, your website, AI visibility and customer experience. You get a score for each area and a prioritised roadmap for the next 3, 6 and 12 months.
In part one, your whole company learns how the system works and what their role is. In the second part, leadership, sales and marketing build the first 90-day Game Plan and complete the Scorecard to set a baseline.
For most companies, the focus is content: a content owner in place, the first Big 5 articles published and salespeople using them in conversations. If your roadmap points to your sales process, website or CRM instead, that comes first.
The programme runs in 90-day cycles. Each one ends with a look back, a new Scorecard and a planning session, and each new plan adds something, such as video, self-service tools, AI or your website.
About 3 hours a quarter for planning, an hour every two weeks for leadership coaching, and 30 to 60 minutes for each training. Your content owner's role is close to full time.
Yes. The scope and pace are reset at each quarterly planning session, and IMPACT's guarantee lets you pause if something big changes in the business.
With the Endless Customers Scorecard. You complete it on Alignment Day as a baseline, and again every quarter, so everyone can see what's improved and where the gaps are.
Your team runs the system on its own. Some companies then drop to occasional planning sessions, and others keep more support to stay sharp as platforms, markets and people change.
Yes, within 6 to 12 months. You can start without one, as long as you commit to hiring, and IMPACT helps you hire and onboard them.
They run your content: writing articles, organising video, working with salespeople to find the questions buyers ask, and keeping a steady publishing rhythm.
Often, yes. Many companies train an existing marketer into the role, as long as content becomes their main job rather than an extra task.
Yes. They supply the real questions buyers ask, use the content in their conversations and learn Assignment Selling. Without them, the content doesn't reach buyers at the right moment.
Eventually, yes. Video builds trust faster than almost anything else, and one person can start by covering both content and video. Some businesses outsource production at first and bring it in-house later.
That's common at the start. On-camera training is part of the programme, and most teams find their confidence within a few short sessions.
Yes. IMPACT provides job descriptions, interview guidance and onboarding plans for content and video roles, and I'll help you through the process.
The processes are written down and the training is recorded, so a replacement can get up to speed quickly. The Endless Customers Academy helps them catch up too.
Sales results often come first, within weeks, once salespeople start using content before calls. Marketing results, such as traffic and leads, usually build over 6 to 12 months as the content library grows.
That's the aim. Buyers who have already read or watched your content arrive with fewer objections and more trust, so conversations move faster and more of them close.
The Deep Diagnostic is $5,000 and coaching starts at $3,750 a month. With training added, most companies spend $75,000 to $150,000 a year on coaching and training, plus the cost of their content owner.
Yes. It costs $5,000, there's no obligation to continue, and it's covered by IMPACT's money-back guarantee.
Your own staff, tools and video equipment, and optional projects such as a website redesign or self-service tools. Team trainings and content reviews are added based on your roadmap.
No. Coaching is month to month with 30 days' notice, and the scope can change at each quarterly planning session.
An agency suits you if you want marketing done for you. Coaching suits you if you want your own team to do it. In the first year, coaching often costs about the same as a retainer, but you end up with a team that can do the work rather than another year of renting it.
Yes. The programme lines your suppliers up with the strategy, and many companies bring more work in-house over time.
Yes. The book, the Endless Customers Academy and the Deep Diagnostic on its own can get you started. Coaching gives you pace, fewer wrong turns and someone to hold leadership to the plan.
Choose coaching if you have the people, or will hire them, and want them doing the work from day one. Choose a fractional marketing director if you need the system built and running before you hire.
They're different products. IMPACT's Deep Diagnostic scores your business against the Endless Customers System and produces the coaching roadmap. My Marketing Diagnostic tells you what to fix first in your marketing and who should do it, whichever route you take.
For businesses that commit to it, usually yes. IMPACT doesn't promise a figure, but many of its clients see three to five times more qualified sales opportunities, and the team you build keeps producing results after the coaching ends.
Book an explore call. We'll work out whether the programme fits, whether a diagnostic is the right next step, and whether I'm the right coach for you. If I'm not, I'll say so.
