ABOUT

My music biography

I'm a classically trained Jazz musician, having started playing the piano at the age of 6. Achieving ABRSM Grade 8 standard in 2012, I then went on to attend University of Hull, studying Jazz and Popular Music between September 2012 and July 2015.

During my studies, I successfully auditioned for numerous music projects, including Hull University Big Band Society, The Jazz Aesthetic (under Dr. Peter Elsdon). I also studied under Grammy Award winning pianist Bill Laurance, and won two awards: The Sir Thomas Beecham Music Scholarship in March 2013, and Mike Somerton Award for Jazz Performance in July 2015.

I graduated with a First-Class Honours in July 2015, launching my career as a freelance musician for hire. To date, I've performed at festivals, weddings, corporate functions with bands from across the UK and Europe.

A note on fees...
